The Company does not claim that its materials have been approved or recommended by FIFA.
4. No Guarantee of Exam Success
The Company makes no guarantee that use of this Platform will result in passing the FIFA Agent Exam. Exam outcomes depend on factors outside the Company's control: individual aptitude, effort, and prior knowledge; format and difficulty of the specific exam session; changes to FIFA examination standards; technical conditions on exam day; and FIFA's interpretation of regulatory text.
Pass rates cited represent historical averages based on self-reported data. They are not guarantees, are not independently audited, and may not reflect your individual results. FIFA may modify, postpone, cancel, or discontinue the exam without notice, and the Company bears no liability for such action.
5. Earnings & Income Disclaimer
Passing the FIFA Agent Exam does not guarantee employment, clients, contracts, or income. Any income figures, commission ranges, or financial projections are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise of individual earnings.
Actual results will vary based on: professional network and commercial skills; market conditions; geographic location; competition from other agents; regulatory requirements; and the User's ability to attract and retain clients. The Company is not liable for financial decisions made in reliance on income projections. A FIFA agent license is a professional credential, not a guarantee of commercial success.
6. Limitation of Liability
General Limitation. The Company's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User.
Where Course Content Has Been Consumed:
If the User has accessed more than 20% of the Platform's course content at the time a claim is made, the Company's maximum aggregate liability is limited to 50% of the total amount paid.
Example: if the User paid USD $4,997 and accessed more than 20% of content, the maximum recoverable amount is USD $2,498.50.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages. The Company is not liable for: loss of profits or anticipated revenue as an agent; loss of business opportunities; costs of retaking the exam; emotional distress; damages from reliance on income projections; or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Company is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers including Stripe, Vimeo, Calendly, or FIFA.
7. Intellectual Property
All original Platform content is the exclusive intellectual property of FIFAAgentPrep.com. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal exam preparation only. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, sale, sharing of login credentials, recording of video lessons, or creation of derivative works. 8. Prohibited Uses
Users agree not to: share or sell login credentials; circumvent any security mechanism; use bots or scrapers; upload harmful or unlawful content; reverse-engineer proprietary software; use the Platform for unlawful purposes; or engage in conduct damaging to the Company. Breach may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. Refund Policy
30-Day Guarantee. Full refund within 30 calendar days of enrollment, provided the User has accessed less than 20% of course content (any PDF opened, video viewed beyond 30 seconds, quiz completed, or mock exam submitted).
No Refund After Content Consumption. If 20% or more of content has been accessed, no refund is issued.
No Refund for Exam Failure. Failing the FIFA Agent Exam does not entitle the User to a refund.
Chargebacks. Users agree to contact the Company before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access and referral to collections. Contact: contact@fifaagentprep.com

Enrollment includes 3 one-on-one sessions (20-45 minutes each). Sessions are strictly educational; coaches are not licensed attorneys and nothing constitutes legal advice. Sessions must be used within 12 months of enrollment and scheduled via Calendly. Unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.
12. Privacy

Limitation Period. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action accruing, or be permanently barred.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. To the extent judicial proceedings are required, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
